Refund policy
We are pleased to offer a Returns Policy in addition to your statutory rights. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All customers are liable to pay for the return shipping fees and it is advised to do this with a tracking number as we are not responsible for any items lost in the post.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must contact us first at hello@emporiaaccessories.com. If your return is accepted, please use the address label enclosed in the original packaging and follow the instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unless the item is defective, damaged or sent in error you will be responsible for the cost of return postage. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@emporiaaccessories.com.
Please do not message us on our social media pages as your return will not be processed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Emporia Accessories will cover the cost of return postage under these circumstances.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, in the interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, or refunds on, pierced earrings or jewellery sets containing earrings.
We cannot accept returns, or exchanges on gift cards and we do not accept returns on discounted items, these are sold as is.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
